Abstracts should be submitted as .doc, .docx or .odt editable files.
Contributions may be Oral communications, Flash communications and Posters:
- Oral communications should no exceed 15 minutes (10 minutes for presentation and 5 minutes for questions).
- Flash communications should not exceed 5 minutes (No questions time)
- Posters will be hosted in the website attendee area as PDF, and may be linked to an oral or flash communication
Each attendee is limited to present two contributions: Two posters or a poster and a communication (oral/flash). In the last case, if poster is linked to the communication, participants only need to send one abstract for both contributions.
Posters preferred dimensions are 59.4 x 84.1 cm (portrait). Presentations should be prepared preferably in PDF or Powerpoint Format.
Before 30th June the scientific committee will contact with the accepted contributors and will inform about the type of contribution that has been selected.
Oral communications and flash communications may be selected as virtual presentations. Presenters will record their presentations before the symposium as .mp4 file (maximum size: 250 MB) and videos should not exceed the corresponding duration (10 and 5 minutes respectively). Virtual presentations will be hosted in the attendee area.
Deadlines:
Abstract submission deadline: 6th July at 23:59 (Canary Islands time)
Registration deadline: 15th July
Posters and virtual presentations deadline: 16th July
